These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DailyMath ("Service"), operated from dailymath.co. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use Google or Apple sign-in, which means your account security depends on the identity provider you chose. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact hi@dailymath.co.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, or redistribute the problem catalog.
- Train machine-learning models on Service content.
- Submit content that violates any law or third-party right.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other technical measures.
- Use the Service to harass, harm, or impersonate others.
4. Content
Problems and explanations are provided for personal, non-commercial learning. We retain all rights in the catalog. You retain rights in any content you submit (e.g., feedback, problem submissions); by submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve the Service.
5. Pricing & subscriptions
Core features are free. Optional paid features may be introduced; the price, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before any payment.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or that any solution presented is the only correct approach to a problem.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyMath is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the home page or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country apply.
