dailymath is run by a small team over email. There is no phone line and no live chat — writing to us reaches a person, and we answer every message.
Everything reaches the same inbox: hi@dailymath.co. Support questions, billing, press, partnerships, and schools all go there. If your message is about your account, write from the address you signed in with — it is how we find you without asking for anything else.
We reply within two business days for ordinary questions. Requests that carry a legal deadline — data access, correction, deletion, or export under GDPR — are answered within 30 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Found a mistake in a problem?
Tell us — it happens, and we fix it. If you are signed in, report the problem from the solve screen itself: that is faster than email, because it sends us the exact problem and the answer you gave along with your note. If you spotted it on the public site, email us the URL of the day or the problem and what looks wrong.
Submitting a problem
We take problem submissions. Send the statement, a full worked solution, and the exam or curriculum it belongs to — hi@dailymath.co. Every problem dailymath publishes ships with a complete worked solution, so a submission without one cannot go out as-is.
